Common questions

Do you give free quotes?

Yes. We inspect the roof, explain what we find and give you a written, itemised price at no charge, so you can compare it with any other quote.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Farnborough and work across Hampshire and the south of England, including Aldershot, Fleet, Camberley, Farnham, Hook, Basingstoke, Guildford, Woking and more. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call and ask.

How quickly can you fix a leak?

Active leaks and storm damage come first. Call us and we will give you an honest time for when we can get there, and tell you what to do in the meantime to limit the damage.

Will you tell me if I do not need a new roof?

Yes. If a repair will do the job, we say so. If the roof is at the end of its life, we show you why with photos, so the decision is yours and based on facts.

Do I need scaffolding?

Not for every job. Small repairs on lower roofs can often be done from a ladder. Re-roofs and work at height or along the eaves usually need scaffold, and we tell you in the quote exactly what is included.
