What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, postcode, email address (if you give one), the service you want and anything you write in the message.
• When you phone us: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call. We use a call-tracking number so we can see how many enquiries come from this website. We do not record the content of calls.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, provide a quote and carry out any work you agree to. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the website and handle enquiries: our website host, our email and messaging tools and our phone provider. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a reasonable period, usually no more than 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, tax and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
